African Championships, Alexandria, EGY
23.07.2011
I am pleased to send you my report about laser shooting at Alexandria African Qualification. The report covers technical matters, the practical side and weapon test.
Technical matters:
- The range was prepared well, contained 10 targets from IQ and 10 lights from Navi street. No power back up was provided by LOC. No breakdown happened.
Practical side:
- The weapon test were done at the range. Pairing was done by us. No malfunctions during the men and women qualification. On the range there were no problem. The competition delayed so we had to start the last competition under floodlight. Everything worked perfect without any problem.
Weapon test:
- The test were according to UIPM rules. Mode test were done by us.
Remark
- On Saturday we had a African youth A competition in Cairo. We worked with the same 10 targets and 10 lights like in Alexandria. No problems happened during five combined competitions. Because of delay, LOC had to prepare car lights at the range after sunset. It was a fascinating event.
Conclusion:
- The system work also under car – and floodlight.
