Terms of Use

We want you satisfied and that you know what you can expect from us, so please email to request your personal electronic key, it will unlock the software for a certain period of use
This test period is application dependent, due to the software version
Any commercial use of the test version is strictly prohibited!
Test periods:
- IQ-Duel: 30 days
- IQ-Biathlon: 10 days
- IQ-Pentathlon: 1 day
- IQ-Matrix products:
  - IQ-Memory: 1 day
  - IQ-Sound: 1 day

Previous experience shows that users of the software versions from 1.0 ANSCHüTZ did not properly understand our licensing policy or simply ignored the terms of use. (honor)
Many users employed free private and non-commercial licenses for commercial exploitation. We thus almost did not reach any revenue for our software. As we have put very much care and effort as well as significant financial ressources into the new generation of our software, we would like to achieve a fair and reasonable remuneration agreement with you
You use our system, we support you with all the available know-how and happy assist you with your events with additional benefits, in return we agree on an individually negotiated license agreement, which in the simplest case (for clubs) includes the monthly usage

Each customer receives e-mail to request their individual software key to its software version (s) to be able to operate. This key contains the following data:
- Name of the Customer
- Email Address
- License Number
- to the final versions
In brief, it will be for each IQ customers a smart card with card reader type. On the smart card, the customer, and some computer software specifications, which makes for you and for us to operate more safely, your software license may only use your card (excluding foreign operations).
We can provide you with specific offers and incentives (as Customer Loyalty System) via the smart card (including bonuses, discounts, etc.)

Each customer has his (however designed, or limited term) software license and pay the same log file (with all relevant data (how often has been started, used, running) to us via the Internet), we evaluate these data statistically from , eg quality control and the dissemination / use of our software, or individual modules aussagekräftig documenting them.
We will be neutralized figures (not to draw conclusions about the user) for PR purposes on the Internet, so you can see how stable and successful of our software in conjunction with the hardware.
Submit a customer's log files are not monthly (or at times individually agreed) to us, it receives no new software key more, the contract is terminated. The software does not work anymore.

Jeder Kunde muß seine (wie auch immer gestaltete, bzw. befristetet) Software-Lizenz abführen und parallel das Logfile (mit allen relevanten Daten (wie oft wurde gestartet, genutzt, geschossen) an uns via Internet übertragen) Diese Daten werten wir statistisch aus, um z.B. die Qualitätskontrolle und auch die Verbreitung / Nutzung unserer Software, bzw. der einzelnen Module aussagekräftig dokumentieren zu können.
Wir werden die entsprechend neutralisierten Zahlen (ohne Rückschlüsse auf die Nutzer) zu PR-Zwecken auf dem Internet veröffentlichen, so können Sie z.B. sehen, wie stabil und erfolgreich unsere Software in Verbindung mit der Hardware ist.
Schickt ein Kunde seine Log-Dateien nicht monatlich (bzw. zu den individuell vereinbarten Zeitpunkten) an uns, erhält er keinen neuen Software-Key mehr, der Vertrag ist beendet. Die Software funktioniert nicht mehr.

The software license (electronic key) after you receive payment (receipt of payment on our accounts) the agreed license fee. Payment Methods: Pay Pal, credit card, electronic payment, bank transfer.
