7.0 - Business procedure:
During the last weeks we have encountered a lot of feedback. We have send out mostly all products from production wave No.1, as we wanted to guarantee the supply of the World Cup #1 = Palm Springs athletes.
Our experience with customers, customs and tax-authorities, paperworks and delivery services has tought us one lesson:
The ordering and delivery process must become more clear for you:
Here are 5 easy steps which we will follow, with NO EXCEPTIONS:
(we are a German company, operating with below legally based modus operandi)
1 - ordering (your part, online shop or direct email)
We require your delivery address,
AND the name of a contact person and her/his telephone number
in exactly the following form:

2 - billing / written order confirmation / proforma invoice
- (our formal response to you; via email. This includes shipment costs)
3 - payment (your side, after you receive our confirmation email,
you transfer your money.
We confirm your payment with an email
Delivery time period starts after we receive your payment!
(min. 30 days, if not on stock)
4 - production (our job)
5 - delivery (to the given address)
we confirm shipment and provide a tracking number were available,
alternatively personal delivery on any event that we attend (see our schedule)
7.1 - delivery times

TOP ACTUAL Info: (please take to notice):
- 04.03.2011 - the next 600 IQ-Pistol circuit boards went from the electronic fabric to our
- assembly- and laser fitting company
- 09.03.2011 the final assembly started
- 11.03.2011 all laser units in calibration
- 14.03.2011 actual software updating,
- 18.03.2011 final check, packing, paperworks
- 18.03.2011 week - production: 144 IQ-Containers
- 21.03.2011 start of distribution
- 14.04.2011 scheduleing of production wave3
Very important:
- after packing we need to report the weight and dimensions of the package to the
- customs / tax - paperworks generators;
- only then and with the completed papers we can start the sending logistics;
- when all is finally settled the package leaves our delivery station / storage;
- ( the above procedure can take up to 3 days on the logistic partners side)!
7.2 - Guarantee
- on IQ-parts / IQ-components we grant 2 years of warranty
- starting with the purchase date.
- Our promise is to handle all cases with utmost care in order to keep our partners and customers satisfied!
- on other parts (e.g. STEYR-Pistol) applies the producer's warranty
- generally every product from an EU company has a warranty of 2 years due to EU regulations.
