IQMS (IQ Match System)
Important Notice: (Software min. version 2.8, see backside of your target boxes) to be connected via
IQ Software Versions for systems using ANSCHÜTZ 2nd generation hardware
Software is usable only on WINDOWS XP™ and WINDOWS 7™ systems
This is the stable version. The games are started by double clicking the appropriate run_*.exe. |

Installation hints:
Following the installation (unpacking) of the software in the installation directory (default: C:\IQMS\duel or DIST_WIN) please rename the file conf_duel.ini.dist to conf_duel.ini in your installation directory
copy your software key which you received from us via Email into the same directory and rename it into simply key (without appendage) and copy it into the program directory
(doing the rename, please make sure that "hide extensions for known file types" WINDOWS presentation option = Organize / Folder and Search Options / is turned off (not checked box!))
then the conf_duel.ini file must be edited to the correct connection port:
plug your USB -> 485 adapter into an available USB port and check the WINDOWS™ device manager for which "address" the adapter has been set (connections (COM&LPT)).
- click with the right mouse button on "Computer" eg. WINDOWS™ Start list,
- click with the left mouse button on "Properties"
- click the left mouse button on "device manager"
under Ports(COM&LPT) the desired information = number will be found, eg: COM6
- Please open the file 'conf_duel.ini' with the WORDPAD™ editor and edit the line port=2, for the number that you found minus 1.
Example: you found: COM=6, the port entry in 'conf_duel.ini' file =5
Advanced users can via the port function WINDOWS™ advanced "map-to" to a desired port number; for such action shall be enforced, however a restart.
After "save" the correct COM port number, the system can be started by double-click on the file run_duel.exe
it is recommended to put a desktop shortcut to your desktop the run_duel.exe for your convenience
IQMS (Trial/Testversion) for ANSCHÜTZ Laserpower 1. generation
Important notice: Trial-Version for systems with hardware of the 1. generation with RS232-Port as a connector to the serial port or via USB/Serial-Adapter to the USB-port. ATTENTION: for this version you need a special Y-line cable!
