parcours area 30m2, 2 tracks; 10 by 3 m
- quiz stations, optional quiz computer
- min. 3m x 3m "target practising range"
equipment:
min. 2 x LaserPower, incl. target boxes, optional IQ-Matrix
- mats for recumbent aiming position
- 4-10 station markers i.e. traffic cones
- 2 x Pedalo (pedal pads)
- 2 x wooden trusses, 3m, for use as balance beams i.e. gym benches
- 2 x drinking cups
- 2 x spoons
- 1 x water bucket
optional equipment:
- 1 x ping pong table
- 2 x stilts
Itinerary:
Countdown - Go Signal
run zig-zag run to the end of the track, turn, return run zig-zagging to starting point
1. target practise
- 5 hits as fast as possible
answer 3 quiz tasks
hop left-legged, zig-zag hopping to the end of the track, asistance by TEAM-member if necessary
- right legged zig-zag hopping back to the starting point, assistance by TEAM-member if necessary
2. target practise
- 1. shot targeting the left-most point of aim
- 2. shot targeting the right-most point of aim
- 3. shot targeting the middle point of aim
- 4. shot targeting the 2. from left point of aim
- 5. shot targeting targeting the last point of aim
answer 3 quiz tasks
3m Pedalo ride forward (assistance by TEAM-member if necessary)
- 3m Pedalo ride backwards (assistance by TEAM-member if necessary)
3. target practise
- placing 5 hits as fast as possible
answer 3 quiz tasks
3m "Water Run" fill a tablespoon with water from a bucket at the starting pont and take a run to an egg cup at the end of the track to fill it up to the edge with water in as many runs as necessary
answer 3 quiz tasks concerning the event
4. target practise
- 1. shot targeting the left-most point of aim
- 2. shot targeting the right-most point of aim
- 3. shot targeting the middle point of aim
- 4. shot targeting the 2. from left point of aim
- 5. shot targeting targeting the last point of aim
simultaneous with last hit - time measuring
Every correct answer to quiz tasks scores 1 point, ervery wrong answer results in 5 secs penalty time.
Winner is the one who scores the fastest time icluding penalties.
